As a full-time Real Estate Salesperson since 2003, Lynn has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate every type of real estate market condition. Her knowledge of all aspects of the resale and new construction markets, as well as her excellent negotiating skills, is invaluable to the clients that she serves. She has received many awards including the 2004 Rising Star award and several Women’s Council of Realtors Sales Performance awards. In 2018, Lynn received the highest license available in NYS, that of Real Estate Broker. She started her own boutique real estate firm, Johnson Capital Realty LLC, located in Halfmoon, NY. Lynn has been active in her industry and has served on the Women’s Council of Realtors Capital Region Chapter President in 2016 and 2017, Vice President 2015, and Events Committee in 2024. She served on the GCAR Broker/Owner/Manager Council, and as a member of the Capital Region Builders and Remodelers New Home Sales Council. Volunteering in her community is also important to Lynn. She has been a member of the Twin Bridges Rotary Club, a Girl Scout leader, and her favorite local charity is Captain Community Human Services. In her spare time Lynn enjoys spending time with family and friends, pickleball, interior design, home renovations, reading and scrapbooking.
